Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Vertuo Up within a few days of release and will admit it was somewhat of an impulse purchase but I don’t regret it at all. The fast start and the iced coffee option make the machine worth the cost in my opinion. My previous machine had the push button open and close but this machine is very easy to open and close manually which was not the case with my even older machine. Overall very happy with my machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome except for the capsule catch tray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice upgrade from the Vertuo Plus. Love how quickly it heats up and the ability to brew larger pods. We also like that the coffee dispenses further out from the machine. It's much easier to fill mugs with thick rims. My only complaint is the capsule catch tray. It holds far fewer pods and now collects a fair amount of coffee in the bottom. Kind of annoy to have to clean it out every few days. This is the only reason for the 4 star rating.

Convenient Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the few weeks since we got this machine, we have used it every day. It starts up within seconds; coffee is ready in less than a minute. The quality is very good and rivals or bests that of many a coffee place. Capsules ain't cheap, but they do not stare you down until you voluntarily add that 25% tip to your check.

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the upgrades for heat and versatility but there is one thing I’m not really excited about. The pods go in sideways and drop into the recycle bin but we use the machine every day and coffee pools in the bottom of the tray when th pod is released and even before the tray is full there is coffee overflowing the tray that spills all over the counter when we empty it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
