Love this machine!

I just got this machine and I’m obsessed. Not only is it quieter than my other machine but I love the capsule open feature. I got the white and it’s such a sleek and classy machine. The app allows you to set the volume and pick the temperature, I love that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek, Chic and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek, chic look and ease of use of the new Vertuo Go. It makes a good-tasting cup of coffee. I replaced my Vertuo Next, not because anything was wrong with it, but because I wanted the upgrade to the larger water tank. I'd had the Next for about 2 years. The Vertuo Go makes a great cup of iced coffee. The only negative is that there's always water in the empty capsule collection holder. So I have to fill the water tank frequently. With my previous machine, that didn't happen.

Coming from a vertuo plus this honestly feels like a downgrade. It leaks into the collection container with every use. The open/close system is too manual as well. All it has going for it is the connectivity and honestly not worth the price! They should have improved on the vertuo plus coz this isn’t much of an upgrade. Its also noticeably louder than the vertuo plus 😒
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coffee stays in Trash

I returned it within 2 weeks of purchase. You will need to constantly clean the machine as it releases liquid after each use. If you have the other machines, you just need to worry about dumping the "trash" once it's full. Not with the new version. Not only does it hold the "trash" it holds onto liquid as well. Doing 2 pods of coffee, you can expect a shot of liquid in the "trash" that you will throw out. I actually started pouring in an espresso shot glass to prove a point, and it was when I made the final decision to return it. I couldn't fathom the amount of coffee that was being dumped in the "trash" with the used pods.

UP Machine -???

I have had many different Nespresso coffee makers thru the years ,but not sure about UP. the 1st UP machine i purchased did not work out of the box had to return it. i just received my new UP machine . It feels and looks very cheapy . The drawer where the used pods go makes a mess ,not sure why the used pods are swimming in coffee water and i have been trying to set up the Bluetooth connection but i cannot get it to link -come on Nespresso you can do better

Gorgeous except for the big black cord

Gorgeous design in all white and works well but the big black cord ruins the clean look of the white machine. Would love to replace it with a white cord.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had several Nespresso machines over the years. The most recent was the Vertuo Next which we found was somewhat hard to work the sliding lever on. As someone with hand problems, I had hoped I could make it work but it didn’t. We purchased the Vertuo Up machine and we couldn’t be happier with it! It’s so easy to work and if you choose to use the app with it to change settings it’s a piece of cake! The rotating water container is a huge plus! As always the Vertuo pods are delicious with so many varieties you’re sure to find some you like!

I bought the Up to replace my third Next machine, as I can't seem to keep a Next working for more than a year. I also keep a Pop on hand as a backup because, as much as I love my Nespresso, the machines don't seem to last very long. I am a strict iced coffee drinker, and I use a large cup. I usually remove the cup holder, and everything works fine. With this unit, removing the bottom cup holder pulls out the entire capsule container, so it isn't a good option. The other problem is that coffee leaks into the capsule container when you brew, creating a bit of a mess when you empty it. One last thing I will mention is that the top of the machine is more of a champagne gold color.
