Good machine but app is not reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this machine for my husband that is an espresso lover but is so lazy to prepare his espresso in our traditional coffee machine.
So my experience as a first time Nespresso user I can tell the coffee brews beautifully, rich and creamy, but the app is horrible.
The app and registration process, wifi connection is so annoying that In my opinion not worth the headache. I will just press the button from now on.
Wish this machine had buttons to adjust volume and temperature instead going to this stupid app.
For example the first two days the app worked fine but on the third day the app disconnected and asked for the QR code again and wouldn’t connect to my WiFi. Keeps giving error. And keeps asking for the QR code. I just gave up and pressed the button and prayed to work.
Well I guess the Nespresso bar codes on the capsules can auto adjust and brews based on that.
Overall: This is a great looking machine, not too big and brews nice coffee but the app is not easy to deal with. Also the tray that collects the capsules always have to be cleaned. If you don’t mind these two negative points this is the ideal coffee machine.

Love my Nespresso

Great coffee machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nespresso Vertuo Up is an absolutely beautiful machine. I got this in the white shade with gold accents and it is so pretty! This machine is sleek and space saving, the water tank can be moved depending on your setup, which I find really convenient. I really enjoy how customizable drinks are with the app, I personally do not like scalding hot coffee and with this I can change the brew temperature. I actually prefer iced coffee most days and with the coffee creation button it brews a more concentrated cup of coffee which is perfect to then pour over ice! The machine heats up and brews your cup of coffee quickly. Setup was super easy too and it took no time at all for me to be enjoying my first cup of coffee. Overall I think this is a great little machine and I’ve really enjoyed using it so far!

What a great coffee machine!

I’ve usually only used them in hotel rooms, but having one at home is the epitome of excellence! I love the sound of it brewing the coffee, and it’s actually a great amount of strong coffee each time I brew a pod. I’m really impressed with the quality and the results with each cup. I love it!

Sophisticated Design With Exceptional Coffee

I am absolutely loving my Nespresso Vertuo Up and could not be happier with this machine. I upgraded from the Vertuo Plus, and the Vertuo Up feels like a meaningful step up in both design and functionality.
One of my favorite features is the Nespresso app integration. Being able to adjust the water temperature directly from the app is such a nice touch and really lets you customize your coffee experience. The Creations Mode button is another standout feature. It allows for a stronger, more concentrated brew with most pods, and it works exactly like the Expert Mode found on other Vertuo machines.
I especially love how useful this mode is for converting larger coffee pod sizes into a double espresso style drink. It gives me the flexibility to enjoy a richer, more intense cup without needing a separate pod, which has been a game changer for my daily routine.
The adjustable cup plate is incredibly practical and accommodates a wide range of mug sizes, from smaller cups to taller travel mugs, without any hassle. I also really appreciate the large 47 oz water tank, which means fewer refills and makes daily use much more convenient.
Design wise, the pearl white color variant is stunning. It looks sleek, modern, and upscale, and the compact footprint takes up noticeably less counter space than my previous machine. It truly elevates the look of my kitchen.
Overall, the Vertuo Up combines thoughtful features, strong performance, and beautiful design into one compact machine. I am extremely happy with this upgrade and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, customizable, and high quality Nespresso experience.
TLDR: Upgraded from the Vertuo Plus to the Vertuo Up and I’m extremely happy. Love the app features like adjustable water temperature, and the Creations Mode works just like Expert Mode on other Vertuo machines, making it easy to turn larger coffee pods into a double espresso style drink. Amazing machine

I’ve been using Nespresso for years, and the Vertuo UP is a solid choice and a great addition to my daily routine. Reliable, simple, and delivers every time!! It also has wireless functionality which lets you customize the temp and size as well as get recipes! It also will give you maintenance alerts. Love these features because my old machine is not wireless!
