So Smooth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our Vertuo Up. The coffee is so smooth with a nice froth! We are enjoying trying new flavors and making lots of new drinks with the addition of our milk frother!

Hot coffee please

Was excited to replace my old Nespresso machine with this one. Coffee is lukewarm at best and no matter which pod I put in I get the same small extraction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best machine so far

Great machine, I e owned several of the different verturo this one I feel like fixes a lot of the issues, is beautiful and reliable so far after 4 months.

After two months of use, I wrote a review giving this new Verturo Up two stars. After just one more month of use, unfortunately I have to update my review to just one star.
Pros to machine:
-nice design
-warms up in just a few seconds (an improvement over the 30-second warm up of my last machine)
-The quality of the coffee appears to be the same as with my previous machines
Cons:
-much worse quality than any other Nespresso machine I’ve purchased
-design has the pods drop straight down into a basket but lots of water falls into that basket/tray, too, which causes mold since there is no ventilation unless you clean it daily
-machine splashes a ton when pouring the coffee into your cup; not sure if that is the design of the spout or the length the coffee has to fall, but especially on my “pearl white” machine, that means I have to wipe down the machine after each use
-after 2 months of use, the machine starting making a loud gear-like noise when it runs
Overall, this is the worst product I have purchased from Nespresso, but I have had good experiences in the past and enjoy their coffee, so I will likely replace my Vertuo Up with another Nespresso machine.

Perfect Coffee Every Morning

I absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo Up! It is easy to use, heats up quickly, and makes delicious coffee with a rich, smooth crema every time. The design is sleek and modern, and it looks beautiful on my coffee station. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys café-quality coffee at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Up is our 7th Nespresso machine, none have needed repair, they’re just spread among two houses, family and friends -and one designated for travel. The Vertuo Up is the most ergonomic design ( a large version of our travel) and we’re very happy with the ergo handle, low profile and reduced noise/vibration.

Expresso Martini Heaven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats up in seconds and makes delicious frothy coffees. I especially like the Dolce Expresso pods for making the best tasting expresso martini's possible. Simply let it cool off a minute then pour into an ice filled shaker (with 2 parts vodka and 1 part Kahlua) and shake vigorously for 10 or more seconds.

Coffee capsules

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These coffee capsules are very convenient and easy to use. The coffee has a rich flavor, good aroma, and consistent quality in every cup. They’re perfect for a quick coffee at home or in the office. The only downside is that they can be more expensive than regular ground coffee, but the convenience makes them worth it.
