Effortless, Beautiful, and Perfect for Everyday

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo Up and wish I had purchased it sooner. The design is stunning and modern, and the white color looks beautiful in my kitchen without taking up much counter space.
What really sold me is how fast and easy it is to use. The machine starts up in just a few seconds, which is perfect for busy mornings. I love that I can make both hot and iced coffee quickly, and the ice button makes iced drinks effortless.
The water tank is the perfect size and can be placed on either side, which makes it easy to customize to your counter setup. Even drinking coffee 2–3 times a day, I don’t need to refill it for a couple of days. The used pods collect neatly in a container that only needs to be emptied every few days.
The brewing sound is very soft (not loud at all) so I don’t worry about waking anyone up. Using this machine truly feels convenient and enjoyable, and I actually look forward to making my coffee every morning.
I also love the Nespresso Smart App. Being able to connect my phone, start or stop brewing, adjust settings, and receive reminders for cleaning or descaling makes the experience even better. It’s such a helpful feature and really elevates the machine.
Overall, I’m obsessed with this coffee machine and would absolutely buy it again. It’s perfect if you love quick, simple, aesthetically pleasing coffee with great results every time. Highly recommend, it’s a great gift for yourself or someone you love.

Great upgrade from the Vertuo Next

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so nice. I previously had the Vertuo Next and decided to upgrade after a malfunction. I am so happy with this machine and the drop in system for the pods. The custom creation and settings buttons on the Up rather than the double clicking on the Next are more simple and avoid confusion. Also nice to have the extra large capacity tank.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW -- WiFi enabled coffee machine? Nespresso's Vertuo UP has really taken morning coffee to the next level with this machine. Out of the box, set-up could not have been easier. A quick download of the Nespresso app, connect your machine via Bluetooth/WiFi and start brewing your favorite cuppa. The controls on the machine itself are very user friendly and simple (which is preferable for me). There is a brew button, a coffee creations button, and a maintenance button. Lift the lever and insert your Nespresso pod of choice, then hit brew if you're a simple kind of guy or gal. If you want to take your coffee game to the next level, this machine has everything you need. The connected app has multiple recipes and using the coffee creations option you can customize strength, temperature, volume, etc with auto pod sensing capabilities to start brewing a yummy mocha, iced leggero, or a double espresso cappuccino to name a few. It's suggested to own the Nespresso Aeroccino XL for milk steaming and frothing if you want to make specialty drinks. All of this technology from the comfort of your own kitchen turns you into an instant barista in no time, and saves you money in the long run! Another benefit to this machine is that it's small and sleek and takes up barely ANY counter space. The water tank is also customizable so you can slide it from the left or right side depending on your countertop configuration. This is truly the machine of all coffee machines!!

The best ✨

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the first moment, its compact and elegant design fit perfectly in my kitchen, in addition to being super easy to use. I just put a capsule, choose the temperature and in a few minutes I have a delicious coffee, with that creaminess and intense flavor that I like so much. The best is the variety of capsules available: from intense espresso to softer coffees, perfect for any mood of the day! In addition, the cleaning is super simple and does not generate much waste, which I love because it is more environmentally friendly. Without a doubt, it is an investment that is worthwhile if you are a lover of quality coffee at home.

Coffee shouldn't be this complicated...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were very excited to get this, but the excitement didn't last long. To say this 'smart machine' is complicated would be an understatement. The machine refuses to connect to wifi, making the app literally useless. And if you can't use the app, you can't use this Nespresso to it's full potential. We are very upset with this as we were very much looking forward to enhancing our coffee setup. It has just been one big problem. It seems very over complicated for no reason at all. It's a shame because I love the design of it, it looks beautiful. It also has some great features like the water reservoir moves allowing you to place it on either side or in the back. I also love the basket that collects all of the used pods making cleaning up very easy. I'm hoping once it has it's full release the app will work for me, but for right now, it's 1/5 stars for us.

Best coffee ever

I have had the Nespresso vertuo pop and the main issues are that the capacity to hold the capsules/pods is limited and the basket was actually accidentally recycled on one occasion! I am thrilled that the Vertuo Up has a much larger basket to catch and hold used capsules. The water reservoir is significant larger/taller, holding more water for more coffee, and it’s movable! The UP has an over ice button which is a dream come true for ice coffee lovers like myself. The ability to control the temperature of my brew through the app is awesome! And it’s easy to do. I love the simplicity of the UP and it brews amazing coffee—as I expect a Nespresso machine to do. I believe this UP will be as easy to maintain as prior Nespresso machines, and the coffee is simply unmatched.
