Brews Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine heats up fast and brews a good cup of coffee. Love the amount of size choices. Definitely noisier than previous Nespresso Machines that I have owned. Metal accents are not stainless and cup holder is plastic which is disappointing considering it is the latest offering.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Virtuo Up Machine is Great but with a Flaw

I bought the new Nespresso Virtuo Up machine a month ago and the look is nice and the performance is good. It heats up and brews coffee quicker than my old Nespresso VirtuoPlus machine. The only issue I have with the Virtuo Up machine that made me take 1 star away is because this machine is messy and requires regular cleaing for the pod dispenser container. Their is much more leakage than my old VirtuoPlus which is annoying! I would almost take away 1.5 stars because of this. Overall the machine looks great and performs well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

I've been experimenting with different styles of coffee and I'm so impressed with the variety of flavors the Vertuoline Capsules offer. Plus, I love that it only takes 3 seconds for the Vertuo Up to begin brewing and the capsule container holds up to 18 capsules which makes clean up a breeze!

It was super easy to install. I love that you can connect it to your phone so you can program your daily coffee. The design looks quite elegant and it is super cool that you can move the water tank in different ways.
And well, when it comes to the coffee... It is SO FREAKING DELICIOUS!!!☕

I bought this before Thanksgiving and was so excited. I love that I can make my coffee hotter, but the machine leaks into the pod collector. Mine grew mold because I was not aware that it was doing that. Now I have to take it out and dry it after every coffee, which is very annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Espresso Vertuo Up machine for cafe espresso is straightforward to use and easy to clean. With 2 button pushes, you have an express that tastes as it should and smells great, too. It is very easy to clean and has a nice design. They have a variety of unique blends and formats. Espresso, lattes, and iced coffees on the go. The only thing that I don't like is that it’s very noisy.

Very loud and makes bid mess each time used

This is my second machine, bought first one several years and was great. Bought the Vertuo UP as wanted to upgrade to new machine and mine was wearing out. First look the machine does brew much quicker than previous versions but is extremely loud even compared to previous machines. Once it starts brew process the machine sounds like 50 year old refrigerator kicking on. Next is the capsule tray, once the capsule is used and dumped into the holder it spills coffee into the tray, the bucket holding the tray and even on machine and under tray holder. This basically requires a complete cleaning each time used inside and under machine. To be the latest machine this is a very big disappointment. Could not have been much real testing as seems are basic design flaws. If just used the normal drop in capsule hold instead of sideways capsule seems would have help dramatically. This machine will get replaced immediately with something that does not make such mess. Really disappointed in Nespresso on this one .

We expect your Nespresso experience to be seamless and gratifying, Carl. The pump in your new Vertuo Up should produce less noise over time. The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite countertop. We also recommend running a cleaning cycle weekly and descaling with Nespresso Descaling Solution every 3 months or 300 capsules to keep your machine in peak operating condition and coffee tasting best. Descaling Solution and instructions are available on our website.
