Does the job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this dehumidifier for about a week now and am very happy with it. Our old one was a GE and lasted about 6 years. When purchasing this one I was considering a GE again but this won out due to reviews on how quite it is along with the location of the screen and the ease of the control panel. Simple to use and does the job!

Quiet and efficient dehumidifier for basement

Finally a Dry basement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit works as advertised, maintains 1000 sq feet at 55% without breaking a sweat. I just wish that I could get a notification through the app when the bucket is full. All things considered this unit works great.

Quiet and effective - large water bucket if you can't set up continuous drain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to replace a dehumidifier in our finished, but still somewhat damp/humid (high water table area) basement. The old dehumidifier was also a Frigidaire that had finally given up the ghost after 11+ years. After some research on different brands and models, this Frigidaire model seemed to be the best fit for our situation. It has enough options to make it customizable, but not so many that it would be way more than needed. The wifi capability was not a must for me and, although I set it up, I haven't used it. It's been running 2-3 weeks and I have not been disappointed. The basement feels SO much nicer. It is very quiet (compared to previous dehumidifiers we've had). For a 50 pint size, the water bucket is really big which was helpful before I got the continuous drain set up. Admittedly, at first I had some issues getting the continuous drain to actually drain through the hose. TBH, I'm not sure if it was me or the dehumidifier! However, it's working perfectly now. I can't speak to its longevity, but I am hopeful it lasts just as long as the previous one!
