Quality Dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using for about 2 weeks, but thus far I am really happy with the product. It was costly compared to other brands I considered to utilize in my basement, but after having read reviews, I am hoping this has a long life. I did purchase the warranty just in case. I don't have two different places to compare the use of the dehumidifier too, but I am shocked as to how much moisture is being pulled in my basement. I do have to empty it every 3-4 days, but thats better than every day! There is a handle that helps lifting the filled tank up easily, however it is a clear plastic which I hope never breaks. There is a nice red line to show the level of water without having to open the container where the water is too, which is helpful at a quick glance.

Powerhouse moisture remover

Keeps everything fresh, reduces strain on the main HVAC, ac feels cooler, and I have an excuse to water the plants more often. Win win win.

For best performance, make sure the unit is placed in an open area with adequate airflow and that doors and windows in the space are kept closed while the dehumidifier is operating. Also, check that the air filter is clean and that the humidity setting is adjusted to your desired level.
