Better Instructions Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would of given 5 stars but more thorough description of drainage connections and application needed in the instructions for each the cooling, heatpump, and continuous drainage. The online videos don't help. Other than that, the unit is cooling & heating well.

So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the unit installed and ready to go. Set up was easy and the WiFi connect was simple. I have old windows in my place but the install went well and o was provided with all the necessary materials.
Summer is right around the corner so I haven’t used its full capability yet but the unit seems to be good quality and test cools really droppped the temp.
I purchased the additional air filter too.

Excellent cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Frigidaire unit about 2 weeks ago and so far it's lived up to the advertised cooling capacity and more. Couldn't be happier, it really helps cool a large portion of my downstairs area. I love that the heating portion is via a heat pump which will really help save on my utilities in the winter.

Almost perfect

I'm still missing the ring that fits the exhaust port to the exhaust hose that connects to the air conditioner I'm still waiting for that.And the hepa filter should have also came with it.
