Cool and quiet

I got this because the reviews said it was quiet. My previous a/c was so loud I had to turn it off before I went to sleep. Now I fall asleep right away and wake up cool and refreshed.

Quiet and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new 8K btu Frigidaire Gallery is the perfect replacement for an older noisy and less efficient 10k we had in our master bedroom. It is nice and quiet, smaller, and yet cools the room in no time.

The way my old ac was so loud compared to this one is crazy and it keeps the room so cold. I would recommend this product to all my friends and family because of all these cool features including extra Quiet Performance at 41dBA, Inverter Technology, ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient, Wi-Fi Connected with The Frigidaire® App, Auto Swing Louver, Easy-to-Clean Washable Dust Filter, 350 Sq. Ft. Cooling Area, 8000 BTU Cool, Sleep Mode, and the White Finish.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Quiet

From the moment I opened the box, I could tell everything was packed with care and attention. The unit felt lighter than expected, even compared to models with just 5,000 BTUs. Installation was straightforward and I used clear HVAC tape to seal any small gaps. The quiet operation is truly impressive. The Wi-Fi connectivity works flawlessly. I rarely use the remote because I prefer controlling it through the app. I really appreciate being able to adjust the airflow. My only wish is that the app included a timer feature. Another bonus is how little water it drains. My previous unit used to leak constantly onto the porch, but this one doesn’t leak at all. It also seems very energy efficient. I’m genuinely happy I chose this model. It cools the house quickly and I love being able to monitor the temperature. Plus, it helps clean the air, which is a fantastic added benefit.

Worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this is my first room window A/C unit, I have been exposed to many my family have used in the past. I am so pleased that this Frigidaire’s inverter technology makes the unit so much more quiet, as it gets used in our sleeping area. Overall, the unit looks nice; works great; and I am very pleased with a purchase. Two small drawbacks are that I wish the filler panels on each side of the unit fit better (more seemlessly) around the unit. I also wish the indoor air quality light was much smaller and more dim because it does light up the room at night.

Love the savings and flexibility!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to wait to give this a review because its actually been so cool where I have been this summer! But the flexibility, and relative ease (its still an air conditioner!) of taking it in and out of the window to only use when needed has been amazing. Its so quiet in my son's bedroom, but keeps him cool during his afternoon naps and has kept his room cold enough for the occasional too hot nights. I can turn it on and off with my phone so I don't have to go inside, and its so much quieter and cheaper to run than my old portable AC. I am so happy we tried this air conditioner, we hope to continue using it even when we move on to our next house.
