So quiet. Wish I had more of them!

Best Window Air Conditioner I Ever Owned.

Good but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a quiet, effective AC unit that is better than many alternatives but could be improved in several ways.
Fixable (software) issues:
1) there needs to be a way to turn off the air quality light other than via sleep mode (which isn’t a great mode in my opinion).
2) the ability to set scheduled events is nice, but it does not allow you to specify all the necessary settings. Please add support for eco mode, sleep mode, etc. Also please disable the loud beep when a scheduled event occurs.

Hardware flaws:
1) my biggest complaint is that it does not allow you to intake outside air. This means I have to crack a separate window to ventilate out CO2.
2) the compressor has a very high-pitched ring, the kind that you may not hear depending on age etc, but is quite annoying.
