Energy efficient, quiet, and COOL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 14,000 BTU Window Room Air Conditioner with Wi-Fi by Frigidaire has by far exceeded my expectations! The AC unit was simple to install with detailed and helpful instructions that made the process very easy to get the unit installed and running within minutes. Once installed, the app WiFi and App setup were also easy to complete and allows for the full operation of the unit from my phone without having to be in the same room as the unit. This allows for the unit to be powered on/off and the temperature and other settings to be maintained very easily with the least amount of hassle possible! The WiFi operation is a nice feature as it allows for the room to be cooled before I ever step foot into it!!! If I forget to turn off the AC, I can simply turn it off with my phone to keep it from running when it is unnecessary! The scheduling of the AC through the app also is a VERY nice addition that allows for me to set a schedule to allow for the AC to operate only when I need it to, making it a seamless operation and keeping my house cool at all the right times! The only drawback was that the AC allows for a filter to keep the air quality clean, but it was only mentioned in the operation manual and not actually included in the package. A nice touch would have been to at least include a sample filter with the unit on purchase to allow for the benefits of the filter to be seen, therefore allowing the end user to actually WANT to purchase the filter... I honestly have NOT purchased the filter, and there is a 99.9% chance that I never will, since it wasn't important enough to actually include in the box.

Ice Cold A/C

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Summer is right around the corner and the heat will be coming but the weather has already given us a taste of whats to come and so I needed an air conditioner. Thus I found this new air conditioner from Frigidaire that is perfect my living space with features that are sure to make my life easier.
This A/C is 14k BTU and is capable of cooling up to 700sq feet which is more than enough for my space. The A/C unit itself is quite heavy at 70lbs for the whole box and must be picked up by at least two people. Unboxing the unit was easy enough and it came with all the necessary stuff and instructions to install it in a window. Once the A/C was turned on it started cooling the room quite fast to the point that we had to turn it to low after about 15 minutes. On the lowest setting the sound of the A/C is quiet and not enough to annoy but on high it can get a little loud which is to be expected honestly. I like the digital display that allows me to see the temperature from a good distance and the buttons on it are easy to control. Some of the cool features of the A/C is that it has a pureair dust filter versus just a regular screen filter to filter the air and it also has Wifi so that I can control it from the Frigidaire app when I'm not home. The remote that comes with it is easy to use and works effortlessly. Another cool feature it has is the ability to be controlled by Amazon Alexa or Google home.

Great Family Room A/C

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in need of a new air conditioner since our current one was getting quite old and so we happened to find that this new A/C from Frigidaire is perfect for our needs. Upon receiving the A/C we understood that this is a hefty one that my husband and I had to lift together. Unboxing the A/C was easy enough with us both doing it and installing was not too challenging. The A/C works quite well and can make the room really cold which will be great for when the real summer heat arrives. My husband liked all the technical stuff that can be done with it such as connecting it to Wifi with the Frigidaire app that can be used to control the A/C but for me the remote was good enough to use it for controlling all the functions of it. I also love the simplistic yet elegant design of the A/C and the easy to use buttons on the front of it.

Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We lost our home to a fire a few months ago. While we rebuild we are staying in our large family camper until our new home is complete. We needed a place for a full size washer and dryer as well as for storage, so we purchased a portable building. It gets extremely hot in this building. I searched for the perfect window unit to install. This Frigidaire unit is absolutely amazing. I put the unit on eco mode, set the temperature where I want it, and when the building gets to that temp, the unit turns off just like an in home thermostat. I love that i can control it from my phone so when we are away, I can adjust the temperature up or down as I need to and save on electricity. It was very easy to install, quieter than others I've used in the past and comes with a washable filter. When our home is ready, I will use the building as a work shop and have no doubt that this unit will keep me cool all summer long.

Excellent AC Unit – Efficient, Quiet, and Smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire FHWW144TF1 14,000 BTU window air conditioner has been a solid addition to our home. Weighing just under 71 lbs, it's relatively lightweight and easy to install — manageable even for a middle-aged person.
Connecting it to Wi-Fi was simple, and the Frigidaire app makes remote control convenient. The unit blows strong, cold air and operates at about 56 dB, which is impressively quiet for a traditional unit.
It has a sleek, modern design that fits well in any room. Sleep mode is a nice feature that turns off the lights on the unit for a darker room at night. There's also the option to upgrade to the PureAir® RAC-11 Advanced Filter, which helps improve air quality and extend the filter’s life — a nice bonus.
We’re genuinely happy with its performance. It's a well-designed, user-friendly AC that works just as you'd hope. I’d definitely recommend it.

Large performance, small size

This is mainly due to its smaller size which makes it much more manageable to carry and maneuver into position. Most air conditioners having that many btus are very heavy and awkward. It performs just as well if not better than those larger ones as well. It is also beneficial that this model is wifi enabled. Having cats, it is nice to be able to turn the air conditioner on while we are gone for a few days, regardless where we are. Connecting the air conditioner to our home wifi was seemless and headache free. The app and operation is simple and functional. I have not used the sleep mode yet. I like how I can adjust the air flow, not only up and down but straight one way and sideways on the other side. It also has a great air filter.

Lovely AC

We knocked down a wall and switched to open concept and this thing cools the whole area like we have central air.. On top of that I can connect to it from my phone via WiFi which really does make it operate like central air. It's also not loud and has great smart and energy efficient features. Installation was a breeze as the AC is not to heavy.

Cools the room quick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] FHWW144TF1 14,000 BTU FRIGIDAIRE window air conditioner. To place in window was a 2 person job, it was fairly heavy but it was easy to install. It comes with an easy to use remote but you can also control with app. I like they added a timer and a sleep button, it’s very handy. It also has moveable vents , so you can turn for your needs. They also included an Eco, Cool, and Fan Only feature. The included sliding covers for each side of unit were easy to connect to air conditioner and window. I was pleased to see it was very easy to clean the filter. They added an attached pull on the left side, you just pull and the front panel comes down. This window unit is easy to use, easy to care for, and I would recommend to anyone that needs a dependable quality air conditioner.
