[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 14000 to replace an old 15000 model. I was worried the new one would not cool as well since it had 1000 less BYUs. Boy was I wrong. This bad boy blew the old one out of the water. This new unit is much smaller and lighter than the old one and cools my house way better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with this. It cools quickly and efficiently. The only downside is that it makes the room very humid. I live in a semi-arid climate and when I walk inside it’s so damp!

Frigidaire 14K BTU rocks l!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought other window air conditioners and all were a flopped. Either they start making noise or not cool enough. This Frigidaire 14K window ac was a easy setup on my cellphone, cools down the entire apart, (2 bedroom) and blows enough cold air that my wife wears a light sweater (almost the lowest setting). I would buy another if needed.
