The quality of this air conditioner and the ability for this air conditioner to keep as quiet as possible, even on the highest. What should I say coolest setting?

Enjoying the cool air!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AC was easy to install in the window, and the dimensions were right on. ( also bought & installed a bracket, as the ac weighs in at 70lbs.) So far, the AC is running well, and is quieter than any other we have owned. It keeps the temperature, and cycles on/off as necessary. I expect an electrical savings with the new ac, as the old one was not energy efficient.

Great at cooling, app needs work

The smart app is super convenient and provides good functionality, but the "tasks" function needs updating. It isn't easy to set multiple schedules for the same day. Also, the "timer" feature hasn't worked since I started using it. Overall, I can do most of the scheduling I need to with tasks, so I rate it highly. Would get 5 stars with better scheduling functionality.
