Not true heat

This unit does not heat, had tech come out right after we bought it and he checked it and said it went up one degree and also said it’s not a true heater that you need another heat source to make it work, really? Frigidaire was supposed to contact us on what to do but never did

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh I love my fridgidaire air unit it's also got supplemental heat to go along with it so I can leave it in the window all year round it also helps that I can lock it and don't have to worry about the kids cutting it off I give it 5 stars

Perfect Temp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this unit in a 8'x10' stand-alone office (a.k.a. she-shed) in SW Florida. We've had some record high temps already this year but the office stays perfectly cool. I'm looking forward to using the heat function when we eventually have our 1 week of winter.

Great window unit
