Replacing an A/C Window unit...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a small 2-story Camel back shotgun home we use as a getaway home. We use a mini-split system downstairs and have a window unit set in a wall for the upper bedrooms. Upstairs unit died and in searching online, I spotted a Frigidaire unit with supplemental heat. We were just using some plug in heat for the upstairs. I thought this might be a better option to try. Now, for cooling. When the unit arrived and we got it in position, it was a bit smaller than the one it was replacing. Initially, I wondered if it would cool as well. Turns out it is quieter and it actually cooled down the two bedrooms enough that it cycled down to the off position when the temp remained lower than the set temperature. It basically maintained a constant temperature. the other unit just ran constantly. We are very pleased and based on cooling performance. I'm feeling good about how it'll work this winter with the supplemental heat!

Chilling in the heat.

We have been using this air conditioner in a 14 x 14 tv room. It has been great and not as noisy as I am used too.

New A/c unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had this installed as a replacement a/c to a prior Frigidaire unit. So far, so good. Unit heats and cools quickly. We are still exploring the features and so far, we are not disappointed. I especially like the feature to be able to put in an extra filter - helps with allergens - which is especially useful in our area. The shopping, pricing/purchasing, and shipping/delivery were all very easy/user friendly.

AC and Heat--Perfect for Above Garage Room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bedroom over our garage. Even though we have central air, the room is still always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. I've used fans/space heaters but they take up too much floor space. This unit is the perfect amalgamation of what I have been looking for all these years--a window unit with heat and air! This was very easy to install and since we're in the midst of a cold snap I could immediately try the heating function. I set it to 72 and the room warmed up in no time! I am so pleased with this unit. I have another Frigidaire AC (in my main room to offset afternoon sun) and so far both have worked to really improve my quality of life and my cooling bills. Now I can add supplemental heat right where I need it! I can't wait to use this for years to come.

Awesome ac/Heater

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome AC/Heating Unit. The instructions were fairly easy and installing it wasn't that big of a deal. Everything to install it was included. My wife and I enjoy the easy features and it was really cool that it had a heating aspect to it. It's a seamless operation and works well. I definitely recommend this unit!

Heat plus air, and the power cord uses a standard outlet. This has been perfect our workshop. My husband unboxed and installed it in less than 30 minutes.
