Fantastic and easy to install

This Frigidaire 8000 BTU window room air conditioner is a great unit for my workshop area of my home. It is so easy to install, I was able to do it by myself in about 30 minutes. It fits most windows and puts out great cooling for its size. It’s also very energy efficient and relatively economical. It’s also nice to have the extra heat feature in the colder months. I highly recommend this air conditioner.

Nice AC unit with heat

Setup was easy and the unit looks nicer than most AC units in the room. It's straightforward to control. It does a good job keeping my small bedroom at the desired temp. Love the supplemental heat option so we can use it all year. I would recommend this window unit.

This window unit is just what we needed for the addition off the back of our condo unit. It provides a great amount of cooling in a short amount of time, and runs quietly. Also, the supplemental heat function is great for when we need to warm up the room. It is easy and simple to control the unit. Overall, I would recommend.

Chill-in while it's HOT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire 8000 Room Air Conditioner arrived this week. It was easy to unpack and easily installed in my Television room (Den) window. It took me approximately 15 minutes to unpack and set up. Since I am not very experienced at installing air conditioners, I thought this was very quick and easy. As soon as I turned it on I could feel the cool air around the room (14 by 14). The family has been very happy with it so far and while you hear it blowing, it is not excessively noisy, We are able to watch/listen to the TV while it is on. Thank you.
