Easy to use and works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this air conditioner in May and didn't need to use it until June. This air conditioner works great. It is cooling my living room and kitchen with ease. I love the eco button because it turns the conditioner on and off so it doesn't make the rooms too cold. I highly reccomend this air conditioner.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the 12K unit for a couple of months, and am very pleased with it's cooling capability. Even on 90+ degree days it keeps the whole first floor cool. The only negative comment I have is a small one. I would prefer the unit starts with the previous settings retained rather than reverting to the ECO mode.

Good air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about a month and it works great. I don't like the fact it automatically starts in 'Eco' mode but that's not a big deal. I think it gets colder than my old unit too.

A little loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a month ago. It mostly works well. My main complaint is that it is a little loud. Also, there are less slats on the vents than my previous unit allowing for less control of the air flow.
The ability to preset the temperature is a nice reature to maintain a consistent level of coolness in the house.
Overall, I am pleased with it. I would rate it 4.75/5 if I could.

Great Job Cooling
