Excellent air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC actually cools off 2 1/2 rooms in my house which is more than I thought I mostly needed it for my living room/dining room and it cools all the way to my kitchen! Very pleased with the product! Doesn’t make a large amount of noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Average noise-cools well, my 700sqft apt... A drain plug on bottom of unit would be useful, to drain any debris inside and remove standing water..

It has great , features, just too loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a window air conditioner before in the same brand for 3 yrs and very happy with it , so since July I needed two bigger units and decided to buy the same brand , however I’m disappointed because they are extremely loud , and cools nicely for the first couple weeks and not not as good so I will be calling as I have insurance on both.

Some times the outside temperature can play a part in your air conditioner cooling the location immediately, whether you have central and heat or a portable air conditioner. For optimal performance, selecting the correct sized air conditioner for the room’s square footage is essential for efficient cooling, and larger is not always better.
If you still have the air conditioner and it is correct size for your room, and the air conditioner does not feel cool to your liking. You want to ensure that the filter is cleaned. You also want to ensure that the front of air conditioner is not blocked by drapes, blinds, furniture, etc. As this can restrict air distribution.

Its broken
