ITS MORE COPACT THAN MY OLD LG AIR CONDITIONER.MY OLD AIR CONDITIONER WAS 14 YEARS OLD.MY NEW AIR CONDITIONER TAKES UP LESS SPACE THAN MY OLD ONE.IT DOES COOL OFF MY 2 ROOMS WITH LARGE OPENING.GREAT CHOICE THE PRICE WAS GOOD.THANK YOU

Wonderful window air conditioner!

Installation was easy, and the paint job on the case seems to be very well done, doesn't feel thin and cheap like some air conditioners. The unit works well to cool and dehumidify the space. Very happy with the purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a small business owner! Have a 338 square foot building, was looking for a sleek energy efficient unit to cool the space. Since I work 13-14 hours each day in my space. I went with the 12,000 BTU , and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. The unit came very well wrapped and setup was a breeze. The instructions were very simple and helpful. Installation went perfect . Turn the unit on and immediately started filing my space. The only downfall I have with the unit is the noise factor. The description online stated the unit itself is compared to a electric toothbrush running! This unit is way louder than that! But overall extremely satisfied with my purchase!

My family has one and theirs works so well that's what made me buy one for myself. It really keeps my living room area cool. I love the fact I can set the temp and it will go on and off as the temperature fluctuates.
