[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The I’ll trained movers killed the Frigidaire AC That I loved and I needed a new one; i did research and as usual a top rating ; i did up grade to more 12000 BTUs and its great for my new home i only need to run that unit and its more than cold enough and quiet!!

Only buy if you’re deaf

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the loudest air conditioner ever made. Full stop. So much louder than the Friedrich it replaced. And it doesn’t get the room as cool.

We understand the AC isn't performing as expected. Your AC works best for room sizes up to 550 sq. ft. Please see page 14 in the manual for tips that should address your concerns.
