We have four of the same model being used in the house. Besides customer service, ease of use, energy efficiency and remote control went into our decision.

Just one issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit really cools down the area very fast but when the condenser kicks on there is a vibration that is very noisy and annoying until the condenser turns off again. Outside of that I enjoy what it can do on a hot day.

Cooling power!!

This unit cools my entire downstairs effortlessly and the eco feature works flawlessly to keep my house at a nice stable temperature even during this heatwave we're having in NJ. I would definitely buy from Frigidaire again.
