Up Disappointment

I was excited to receive my new Vertuo Up machine...what a disappointment! It makes the biggest mess when brewing: wet capsules, wasted coffee in the capsule basket, splatters when you open the top to insert or eject the capsule. I regret not staying with my "tried and true" Evoluo favorite.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. It's beautiful and I enjoy the features. However, the pod basket is a bit of a disappointment because it gets filled with coffee and drips all over when cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for a few weeks, it's a great little machine and has a nice small footprint. Does the same job as our Breville Vertuo machine but easier to clean and quicker to startup.

solid machine and great features and design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the machine... it's well designed and much slimmer than anticipated. the new app works well and I love being able to control the temp and size of the pour. The tank holds a good amount of water and the pod holder holds a good amount of empty pods. it also heats up extremely quickly. my only complaint is the inside drip tray does collect liquid for some reason. not sure if that is a defect or it's supposed to but it's a lot more than any other Nespresso machine I've owned and it forces you to check it often and empty it so it doesn't over flow

Super fast brew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this machine a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. The startup time is super quick and great for a fast mornings on the go. And love that I can change the temperature of the brewed coffee as well as the size of the cup even within a specific pod. Well I haven't had to do maintenance yet after reading the instructions it seems like it'll be much easier. Perfect size to fit on the counter as well as the water reservoir tank can swivel around so can fit anywhere.

Great space savings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! This fits the space on my counter so much better, allows temperature customization, and is so fast to start up! I previously had a pop machine, and this machine is a HUGE upgrade.
