Terrible Wi-Fi connection, great machine!

The Wi-Fi connection was terrible, but once I connected, it was amazing! I bought this at the Mall of America yesterday after returning my Pop+ Deluxe. My advice to Nespresso: STOP only supporting 2.4ghz; support 5ghz Wi-Fi. Most of the horrible Google reviews are because nobody can connect to the Wi-Fi. I was patient and ended up resetting the Wi-Fi connectivity module by disabling and enabling it, and I had to make sure I switched to 2.4ghz before doing so. Either way, the Wi-Fi connection SHOULD NOT be this difficult, and that's why people are getting angry. You released this too soon. But, I have to say, this machine is amazing if you look past the Wi-Fi connection issue! I gave it 4 stars because 1 star was taken away for the 30+ minutes it took to finally connect.

A worthy upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this machine to replace our vertuo next. E are very happy with it. The two stand out features are the iced coffee brew setting and the quick rinse between cups. A worthy upgrade

Excellent machine!

Have had this for about a month and absolutely LOVE it. I upgraded from the Vertuo Plus. Being able to adjust the heat setting is a game changer. And now I can brew all sizes of pods including a carafe.
I’ve had no issues with the WiFi as some have mentioned. You have to “wake” the machine and allow it to connect to your phone which does take just a couple of seconds but no complaints here. It’s been great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely LOVE this machine. You can customize the temperature and size of your brews which means I can have extra hot espresso and my husband can brew a hot and rich carafe of coffee all in one machine.

Brews Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine heats up fast and brews a good cup of coffee. Love the amount of size choices. Definitely noisier than previous Nespresso Machines that I have owned. Metal accents are not stainless and cup holder is plastic which is disappointing considering it is the latest offering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine for my boyfriend a few weeks ago and it has worked great! Connecting it to WiFi has caused a few issues but I think it is just a temporary adjustment. The coffee tastes great and it brews quick!
