Doesnt connect to my new 2.4 GHz band it requires

Had to separate my wifi bands for this machine only for the Nespresso to tell me my password is wrong multiple times. What is the point of having this feature of it is this finicky and incomplete? Sending back for a refund if I cannot get the full potential for this price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Same great coffee, just a little fancier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently upgraded to the Vertuo up and I have to say… I’m impressed.
My Vertuo Next served me well, but the Vertuo is making mornings feel a little extra fancy. Same great coffee, just feels like a bit of an upgrade in the daily caffeine routine. Easier to close, slightly quieter and easy to close.
If you need me, I’ll just be over here pretending I’m a barista in my own kitchen.

Definitely a level UP! I loved having the privilege to use this dream machine! Compared to my Pop+, you will also not want to turn back. So easy, I loved the connectivity for many reasons, however, the temperature selection was a game changer in app. The machine can read the capsule pod and brew as the collection advised or customize in app and change the temp. The "creations button" was great for cold brew iced or making espresso an addition to your blended beverage or cold brew of choice. It's so easy and fun to spell around with (aka- "make personalized recipes", for the normies). The reveal glasses were neat to see the different layers and foam while it brewed. Wild gadget, that's for sure.

Great machine but with a serious flaw.

The machine looks very nice and brews coffee as expected. I bought this machine few days after it was launched when I visited the Nespresso Boutique. I have two old Nespresso machines and compared to the quality of the build, this new machine feels very cheap and filmsy.
While the vertical pod mechanism looks great and convinient but a lot of coffee gets wasted. I use this machine in my office and when I empty the tray every week I see tray fully filled with coffee. There is a odor from the coffee collected in the tray.
I hope Nespresso understands this issue and finds some kind of solution for this. I see many others have reported the same issue.

Nespresso’s best, what else?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago and it has been amazing! It heats up super quick, it’s much more quiet than my vertuo pop that I had originally, it was very easy to connect to the app and it the ice feature has quickly become a favorite of mine for larger coffee pods! It’s super easy to keep clean as well. The adjustable drip tray is great for different sized mugs. I would absolutely recommend this machine to anyone, I even recommend this to my friends and co-workers. Thank you Nespresso for amazing coffee every day!

Worst design ever

I love my Nespresso!

The coffee is rich, flavorful, and so easy to make with the push of a button. I love the variety of pods available, which lets me switch up flavors depending on my mood. Cleanup is quick and simple, making it perfect for busy mornings. Overall, it's a great addition to my kitchen and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good cup of coffee without the hassle.

Great coffee but too much waste

I bought it 3 weeks ago but I loose too much coffee in the drip tray. Just with two brews the tray is almost full.
