Dryer coding

I bought this unit in May 2026. We had to replace it as the dryer component kept coding. The replacement is no better as the service code shows an error in the component and will not start. Too many bells and whistles and sensors. Stick to the basic units. I am seeing if WP will exchange my unit for a less complicated model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the UV clean setting on this washer has you cant beat the piece of mind I get when I know my clothes are cleaner than before. I also love the fan fresh button for when you have to get out the house and have a load washing and when its done the fan keeps the air circulation so you wont get the mildew smell on my clothes. The steam clean does come in handy when needing that extra clean on my clothes. In all I love my new washer. The dryer is also amazing it has so many setting for different things and drying that comes in very handy. It also keeps tumbling the clothes in case you forget about it and it is so convenient because I am very forgetful. I love my new washer/dryer set so far no complaints would recommend for anyone shopping for new appliances.

The clothes come out clean and completely wet, without areas that look like they didn't get wet like my old washer. Recommended this unit to my parents who also purchased it.

I wasn’t sure about the stackable side of it but it actually is pretty nice if you have a smaller room that it’s going in to. Then only dislike is that the controls a and buttons are really sensitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So ive had my tower for 6 months. I love the look and how much space it saves. Some problems I've had has been it not fill with water, the power button on both parts not workng correctly, and some wobbling at time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love the UV light cleaning feature. The washer and dryer combo is also great because it doesn’t leave any wet cloth smell and the dryer is very efficient at drying in one cycle. We also love its compact and quietness.
