Bad On/Off buttons that don’t work! Don’t buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most impossible machines just to turn on and start. The push buttons are horrible, either too sensitive or not sensitive enough, and do NOT work. It can take me 10 minutes just to get them to respond and often I just can’t get them to work at all. Extremely dissatisfied and want to get rid of them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks Good Washes Good

Although doesn't dry as well on moisture sensing settings if you have a couple of large towels in the mix, causing many times to take out the clothes and then put the towels back in for a final dry. Still looks great and just small enough to fit nicely in the closet.
Controls are together in the middle which is much better that having to reach up top for the dryer controls. However instructions are Very Unclear as the touch was extremely sensitive and if you touched even slight too hard the control wouldn't work right.
BIg negative was 4' Dryer Cord Supplied with the Washer/Dryer. Insist on a 6' Minimum cord length for installation.

Smart, Quiet, and Efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stacked laundry center is great so far. Both washer and dryer are quiet. They clean and dry very well. It has a ton of cycle and drying options. You can also access the Whirlpool app for additional cycle options, as well as customization and remote access. Integration with Alexa also ensures your are always up to date with laundry status. The features overall are good and the new UV Clean Technology is pretty cool.

We’ve had nothing but success with the Results In terms of cleanliness and fabric care. All the washer and dryer features were easy to understand and use. The only recommendation we would make has to do with the amount of time it takes to use the activation buttons. You have to press the Buttons hard and for a long period of time

Imagine my disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Imagine my disappointed… From day one both units required me to perform a soft reset every time I wanted to use them. After two weeks, the dryer stopped working entirely. Whirlpool directed me to a local service person who was able to visit two weeks later and fixed the soft reset issue with the washer, but that has since reversed. The dryer requires a part that to this day cannot be located. I’ve been told I need to wait while they scour their warehouses to find one, and only then will it be fixed or if not I might qualify for a replacement unit. So, I have been without a working dryer for the last 42 days and have gotten no encouragement from Whirlpool. I don’t understand why they just don’t do the right thing and replace this broken unit with a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great futures saves room
