Plenty of room inside, cools much better than the GE that I had before the Whirlpool, easy to put in and take items out and fits perfectly into the cabinet space in my kitchen. One small problem is that the left hand door wants to close on its own. Maybe an adjustment is needed. Overall, very happy with my purchase

Overall a great counter depth fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were hesitant to purchase a counter depth refrigerator due to the decrease in overall capacity compared to a full size fridge, but we were surprised with how well it worked. Whirlpool did a great job maximizing the space, and allowing the shelves to be adjusted according to your needs. We've owned the fridge for 6 months, and so far we haven't had any mechanical issues, or issues with cooling. I would say the one downside that stands out is the less than intuitive control panel, I've had to refer to the user manual repeatedly to figure out various settings, compared to our previous frigidaire which was pretty straightforward.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the refrigerator space! So much room and easy to use. Ice maker and water functions work great! Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the freezer. Freezer space is limited and not as usable as the fridge space.

DO NOT BUY! I purchased this unit in March of 2026, so far it has had three problems one of which is reoccurring. First, Door ice maker jams. Dispenses ice then jams, the temperature from the air outside gets in through the dispenser and then makes the ice solid, poor construction. Second, the inlet valve for the water started leaking, had to shut the water off so I couldn't use the bottom freezer ice make and had to buy ICE!!!. Third, The tray in the bottom ice maker has fallen out, had to shut the water off again and now buying ice at the gas station and fourth, The door ice maker is again bad. DO NOT BUY THIS or any Whirlpool product. My parents always trusted Whirlpool but they have turned into every other crap low quality company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the design of this fridge . I like the asymmetrical design on the inside with the right pull out draw for an extra milk. We haven’t had any problems with the ice-maker in the door getting gunked up like our old fridge. My husband likes the extra ice maker in the freezer for filling his golf cooler. The extra compartment in the freezer Is great for holding pizza, popsicles and ice packs. The outside of the fridge is very elegant looking with the digital screen and Whirlpool Logo. All around it is a great refrigerator!
