Rough start, better now.

Seems best to not use the crushed ice. The Freezer
door did not seal properly upon installation. Had to call repair
to service it. All good now.

Not what I thought it would be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine a few months ago and I can honestly say I’m not thrilled with this refrigerator. The shelves are too close to one another And there’s not much space in that refrigerator To store food. Also, I don’t like that you have to close one door in order to close the other door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started hearing noises about a month after purchasing and left door wouldn’t close on its ow. Had a Whirlpool repair guy come out and he had to adjust one of the feet. The door works better but still doesn’t always close. And he said noises were due to the door being left ajar so much. A month later, more noises. Also freezes things in our frig. Pretty disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs better door closure security

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing that bothers me is that you have to double check the doors being closed. The design should have included a magnetic hold strip to insure the doors are properly closed. I probably would not have purchased this refrigerator if I was more aware of this weakness.

Flimsy bin construction not solid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bin construction is flimsy. The climate control bin, the long narrow bin at bottom of fridge,
is almost useless as bin will always slide off from track! We have resorted to only keeping a small amount of food in the bin as any weight makes opening and closing tray difficult, requires special touch.

Great frig with great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this French door refrigerator and got it November 19th 2025. I love the room that it has in it. With the ice maker built into the door not in the frig part helps to have more room for storage. I love the dual ice makers. During the holiday get together I had plenty of ice for everyone. Another thing is, you can’t hear it running. It’s so quiet I thought something was wrong. You do have noise when it dumps ice. It’s a different noise from my old frig, but I have gotten use to it. The bottom freezer is so handy and everything is easy to find and reach. I took a lot of time to research all my options of refrigerators and found this one had the best features and use of space available. I’d recommend this refrigerator again and again.
