Our 20V batteries work on a variety of tools and have average runtimes of up to 30 minutes. However, blowers use more power and when the blower is on the highest setting it will deplete the battery's power more quickly. For added runtime, we recommend purchasing an additional battery to assist with tackling larger tasks. WORX offers high capacity 20V 4.0Ah and 6.0Ah lithium batteries that will increase your runtime with twice the amp hours of our standard battery.

Thank you for sharing your review. With the supplied 2.0Ah 20 volt battery, one can expect up to 30 minutes of runtime when this battery is used on the grass trimmer. When used on the blower, because it is more powerful, the run time is shorter. One can expect up to 25 minutes of run time. When the blower is used on the highest speed setting you will experience the shortest amount of run time. When the blower is set to a lower speed setting, you will have longer run time.

Run time will vary from job to job, depending on how each person works. To maximize the run time you get out of the battery, use the appropriate speed for the job at hand. Lower speeds are ideal for cleaning off hard surfaces, like driveways, sidewalks, patios or garages. Faster speeds are ideal for cleaning the leaves out of your grass and use more power to give you the blowing force needed to get the job done. Since most clean up jobs will involve switching between lower and higher speeds, actual run time results will vary. Please also be aware that WORX offers 4.0Ah 20 volt batteries that provide double run time compared to our standard 2.0Ah 20 volt batteries.
