I purchased this combo kit because I misplaced my batteries for my black and decker kit after having a project done in the garage. I used the Worx all last year. I've had the black and decker kit for about 5 years. I found my batteries for the black and decker kit this year. When doing a cleanup of the garage. They were misplaced in a box. Last year everything for the Worx was fine. This year the trimmer failed. Luckily my black and decker trimmer still works great. Overall, the black and decker 20V had better power than the Worx with the trimmer, but the Worx blower is far better than the blower from black and decker. Disappointed I only got one year out of the Worx trimmer. So now I use the black and decker trimmer and the Worx blower. The black and decker blower still works, but it frankly isn't as good. Vice versa for the trimmers
Worx trimmer I'd go 2*
Worx blower I'd go 5*
3* overall because the trimmer is the more important one for me and it failed after 1 season

This combo kit is great. This is my second kit that I purchased. My ex husband took the original kit in the divorce. It works great. Lightweight! Very easy to use. Trimmer/Edger transforms easily. Great product.

Power and battery life on trimmer is excellent. Battery life on blower is terrible. Maybe 15 minutes. Love worx products but this blower was a disappointment. I still have the electric one but that’s heavy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our 20V batteries work on a variety of tools and have average runtimes of up to 30 minutes. However, blowers use more power and especially when the blower is on the highest setting it will deplete the battery's power more quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Batteries don't last long. Maybe 15 mins. I would need at least 4 20v Batteries to finish 1/2 of my yard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality light weight easy to manage the only thing I suggest is going stronger I purchased 20 v to do work in my yard I think the 40 v would give a stronger blower push. My fault if I did not already use the blower I would return and upgrade
