[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, I could go on and on about Worx products, from how affordable, top quality, to ease of use and with the battery share, you always have enough juice to finish any project. But I just want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Lester, I had a small issue with one of the parts on my sander. This had to be one the best interaction I’ve ever had with a company, let alone a service department in my 55 yrs. Lester went above and beyond to get me my replacement part. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable…….I’ll be a customer for life. Thank you Lester and Worx.

Worx does it again...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worx continues to drive innovation into the tool industry. I have their multi-function jig/recipe saw and loved it. They did it again with this multi-function sander. It is very easy to switch modes, it has variable power. I can do stripping off material right through to the finest level of detail Samson with this unit. I Love it and recommend it!

Great Sander Combo

I got this as a warranty replacement. The old one would spin until placed on any surface. This one works well and uses sanding disks from any hardware store. It is well built and solid. Customer service was great and very helpful.

Finally no fumbling for another tool!

This is the tool kit I hide in my closet so my sons don’t “borrow” it. As soon as they see the Worx name they seem to need that tool so this kit is closely guarded so it is ready when I need it. Every one of my Worx tools has answered a need. I love them all, but my Sandeck 5-in-1 Multi- Sanding kit is so perfect for my finishing needs. With it there is no need to stop working on a project to go find a different sander. This kit has it all. So far it has helped me complete refinishing tables, chairs, deck trim, window trim and doors. I reach for it for all my sanding chores. This Fall it is going to sand an entire porch to get it ready for paint, its biggest project yet. Usually a project this size fills me with dread but with this tool kit I am actually looking forward to it. Until then my kit is hiding safely in my closet so it will not walk away before I begin. I have shared most of my Worx tools but this one is all mine.

Terrible dust extraction

The versatility of this tool is great. A HUGE downfall is in the design of dust extraction. #1 - the dust extraction port is pretty restrictive on airflow, thus greatly reducing its effectiveness. #2 - the dust extractor adapter is designed to clip in with only 2 small soft plastic tabs. It won't stay connected to the tool. It only takes a couple of pounds of force to pull it out which regularly happens if you have a heavier hose attached, or if the hose catches on the edge of your bench or anything. Effective dust extraction is a MUST for good sanding, especially with mesh discs. I would NOT recommend this tool except for small, specialty sanding.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to sand down an old swing set. Love the versatility of this product to be used on any kind of sanding project. Battery life is about what you'd expect with a 2amp hr battery. But for the average project this is the perfect item.
