[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought tbis about a month ago and at first glance, it seemed to be awesome, but as I used it a while, its not as cool as I thought. First of all, there were parts missing and I can't tighten up D-handle. The strap was also missing. The handle constantia turns no matter how tight I get it. If I tighten it anymore, it could break. It causes my hand to hurt bad.There's a missing piece to handle that fills gap in the handle screw. I have contacted worx many times, but they never fixed problem or they just hung up or disconnectrd the chat/call. I am truly disappointed. I was going to purchase another one beford this happen and they faised to price up on me. I was on phone for hours and had to threaten them with a complaint to corporate, but that did mo good. They have now canceled my account in retaliation, I assume. I am.on the fence about ordering anything else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than expected.

Bought this to primarily clear weeds and saplings in a 50'x10' at the back of my property. I went through the whole piece with the string and then the brush cutter attachment and still had 3 lights left on the battery. The trimmer blew through the weeds and saplings unto about 3/4". I used the eco setting and only needed full power to cut through the thickest saplings. My only complaint would be to allow the eco setting to permanently set. As it is now if you stop for a moment the eco setting turns off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is as powerful as a gas trimmer, but without the hassle of mixing of gas. I like the idea of grab and go. One charge lasted for 45 min. I needed a long hedge trimmer, so I bought this because of the changeable head. The hedge trimmer cuts like a pro. I an glad I of my decision. No more on a latter to reach high places. Thanks Worx
