Love the wireless and touch screen option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this wireless desktop scanner!! You can scan it in color and duplex received or files! It’s very compact and it’s very easy to use! Set-up the software is very easy! And I really love the touch screen!! It’s good for office or home! The speed is awesome very fast! I have been using for weeks and until now the durability is top! I Really love this scanner!

Really fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at how fast this scanner could scan, and I was pleasantly surprised. This thing processes receipts and other documents really fast. When all folded up, it is also fairly compact. I only need it once a month, so I plan on storing it away in between uses. The setup took a little time but worked fined. It connects wirelessly and you can scan from the scanner or the computer via a software.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cool gadget. Epson did a nice job on the size and ease of use of the RapidReceipt 620W. The setup was easy. The app is straightforward and again easy to navigate. The receipts or documents scan very quickly and show up on the app fast. My husband loves throwing out everything, now he is happy to scan receipts and keep them in a file then he can throw them out. This is a great tool for scanning taxes and sending to the accountant and for people who just misplace important documents. The wireless capability and the portable size is great to put in different areas of the home or travel with if needed.

Great addition to my office set up. It scans any document easily and high quality, signed documents, receipts, older papers, photos. I highly recommend!

Needed scanner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wireless scanner is amazing and saves alot of time when you need to scan important documents or even old pictures to make them all digital. Great also when you have a business in order to do expense reports. The size is great as it isn’t big at all, and set up is really simple!!!!! Can easily move this all over the house. Amazing quality of the scan and it’s quick. 1000% needed for every household. Especially if you need to do your taxes, it helps organize everything.

Great once you can get it connected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty technologically savvy, I would think the setup would take minuets and be quick. However I initially tried to use WiFi to setup and it would not connect. So I tried to do the initial connection with the cord. It kept asking for a password and it hinted to use the product code on the device. It wouldn’t work. Eventually I exited and retry to download it selecting wired setup from the get go and it instantly worked. Than easily connected to WiFi. No idea why it initially did not want to connect. However, once I got setup I love it. Clear scans. Can handle full sheets of paper or even receipts. Then you can group them save individually. It’s so nice, a real upgrade from my previous scanner that always left those scanning lines. None of those here. It’s fairly light and can shrink down the paper slots to save on space when it’s not in use.

Easy and Organized

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do reselling as a SAHM and tax time is awful. I always have an insane amount of paper receipts and this takes away all of that clutter! I press a single button and bam it’s scanned into my email, sent to my computer and easily organized for when tax time arrives. The software was easy to install and it can be used from a computer or directly from your phone! Great for any home or small business!
