[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good receipt printer. If you have the 600 model don’t bother getting this because it’s not much of an upgrade. However, if you are buying one for the first time, definitely go for this one.

Great for scanning documents and receipts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, if you need a scanner, this is it. It’s great, especially if you have a lot of documents and receipts to get through. It’s pretty small too, so it doesn’t take up that much space. Great for small businesses. Set up was easy, I had it up and running in about 10 minutes. It scans very fast, and scans both sides, which saves alot of time! It also makes it easy to export everything into different financial programs. I’m very impressed with it!

It took a long time to install the software and get the machine up and running, but overall it was pretty self-explanatory, which was a plus. And once it was up and running, wow! Works super fast, the colors are super crisp. I like the many options for saving/sharing documents. Another good feature is that is recognizes receipts and pulls data directly for accounting software. Although this is not a feature I require, it's a nice bonus. It does seem to jam easily though, especially with receipts which may easily crumple. Looking forward to using it for large volume scanning!

Setup was surprisingly quick and painless. Everything was easy to assemble and get running right out of the box. I did have a brief moment trying to locate the software, but that was completely user error — if I had read the instructions first, I would have been up and running even faster.

This scanner is an absolute workhorse. The scan quality is crystal clear, and it captures entire receipts flawlessly, no matter how long they are. It handles different paper sizes effortlessly and processes scans incredibly fast. The touchscreen interface is responsive, intuitive, and easy to navigate. I haven’t experienced a single issue while using it.

Saves me lots of time and manual work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wireless scanner is exactly what I needed to organize all of my documents and receipts. It saves me an enormous amount of time because I no longer need to manually enter and categorize my receipts into spreadsheets. This literally does all the work for me, and it’s much more accurate than manually entering the information myself. The AI functionality really takes this scanner to a whole new level. I love that everything is searchable and easy to find, and that the data can be easily integrated into tax software. Overall, I’m very happy with this scanner. It removes the burden of manual data entry and I love it.
