Incredibly fast and efficient

Can be used directly without being tied to a computer. Duplex scanning is incredibly fast and handles large batches with ease. Very efficient

Easy to set up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This receipt scanner is a definite upgrade from the scanner I was previously using! The touch screen makes it so easy to use. Set up was easy and took hardly any time at all. This will make inputting receipts into quickbooks so much simpler!

Essential addition for any home office!

I hope to be able to submit further review once I do. So far, it seems to be an incredible addition with essential wireless capabilities and a compact size for my desk. The paper feed is effortless, and I hope to continue being able to benefit from it in the near future. Would recommend thus far!

The design is pretty slim and easily fits anywhere without taking up too much space. It’s pretty quiet and scans documents fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Epson Rapid Receipt RR-620 has made organizing receipts so much easier! The setup was extremely simple; the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The touchscreen is large and easy to read. The wireless connectivity makes it easy to use and efficient, since it doesn’t have to be hooked up to a computer. I really like how fast it scans all the paperwork. The software categorizes all the data it scans and exports it into whatever software you use for your finances. It’s compatible with a lot of the mainstream finance software out there. Overall, it’s a very powerful and efficient little scanner that’s mighty in its compact size. It is definitely helping declutter my office. I love it!

First let me say how compact this thing is, it makes it quite portable to take from home to office if needed. It's compact footprint also makes it take up less space. It has a very responsive touchscreen and is packed with features. It starts up and shuts down fast. It scans documents very quickly and quietly. You can scan to your computer, email, portable drive or the cloud giving you tons of options and flexibility. Some cool features are dirt detection, deleting blank pages, staple protection and being able to make a searchable PDF document. I'm excited to use this declutter my documents.
