Fantastic mask minus cooling eye pads

- wish there wasn’t the cooling eye pads (this is where my biggest problem area is and no red light is able to penetrate there since the pads are in the way. Almost bought a different mask bc of this) (depuffing with cooling is only temporary)

I have been using this mask everyday since I got it. I just wish that this had a guest mode because my partner keeps stealing it doing sessions on my profile! 🤣 I feel great after each treatment and am seeing results after a few weeks.

I bought this back in February and I am returning it because it stopped working. While I like the under eye cool feature, I really don't think it does anything to reduce my wrinkles or reduce acne. I'm highly disappointed I was really looking forward to it. I was already thinking of returning it when it stopped working and that solidified my decision.

Eye discomfort

Had this a couple of months now, overall it seems to be okay but I am having a lot of eye dryness/discomfort/ pain after use I have purchased several different eye protectors and none seem to help with this. I'll abstain from the product for several days until my eyes are normal, and then when I resume same eye discomfort and blurriness. I'm I think it would be helpful if shark designed eye protection for this specific so that it fits well with this product.

This was so easy to set up. I love the way the cooling pad feels on my eyes. I can’t wait to see the results. I complimented a friend recently and asked if she got injectables, and she told me she just uses this.

I was skeptical at first but the results are incredible. I’m almost done with 8 weeks of using the skin clearing function and my results are great. It helped alot with redness and minimizing stubborn pores on my nose and cheeks. Highly highly highly recommend.
