BUY IT! Pictures speak for themselves

I bought this three weeks ago. I originally purchased a different red light mask from a wellness company for more $$$ but I was extremely annoyed by both the battery life and the overall UI (which was like one button so basically nonexistent). If you’re like me, you like the documented, picture-proof reviews, and I am happy to report I have one! This is my three weeks difference and it’s insane. I do the blemish clearing mode. I went on a business trip for work and forgot my charger since I have the stand, and it lasted six days. SIX!!! It even started on my 7th session but told me to charge it about 3/4 of the way through. I am EXTREMELY impressed. After 3 days I could see my blemishes start to “heal”, and they usually take a week to do that normally. After two weeks (I posted a pic of my results on my private story), two of my college girl friends were so impressed they went out and bought it! I haven’t tried the anti aging yet, but for the blemish improvement it’s been knocking it out of the park! 10/10, will probably own one for the rest of my life.
Here’s my added nerdy part as a compsci person, feel free to ignore:
I tried a BUNCH of red light masks before ordering the one made by the massage gun company (IYKYK), like I said above, the battery was terrible, but the UI and overall feel was SO mid. If someone’s using a beauty product like this, it should have a user interface that is on par with the quality of the product! Shark knocks this OUT OF THE FREAKING PARK! The remote feels so lux, and I just adore the interface. It *feels* like a machine you’d use in the salon. I know a lot of people didn’t like that Shark “wasn’t a beauty brand”, and therefore opted for another mask, but I am so glad I chose this one. My mask has some sort of coating on it so it doesn’t feel like gross plastic, it feels much smoother.
Overall, the pictures speak for themselves, 10/10. Buy it.

Extremely disappointed

I bought this product back in the spring of 2025. Used it faithfully and loved it...while it worked. I noticed it starting to lose charge in the past week. Then last night, it started turning off after less than a minute. I did all the steps offered by troubleshooting with no results. I researched for months before purchasing a mask. I decided on this brand because of Sharp products I've owned in the past and the good reviews. Extremely disappointed and don't feel this product lives up to the Sharp name.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Benefits are insane.

As a 37 year old woman, I bought this to aid in aging gracefully. My skin does seem to be enjoying it but the benefits go beyond that. I never realized the mental and regular health benefits with red light therapy. I am feeling the best I’ve ever felt. Zero brain fog, happier, tons of energy, sleeping better and lowered anxiety. I will include some form of red light therapy in my health routine for the rest of my life.

Saw it on Insta and had to try. The under-eye cooling is a gamechanger, and the remote makes it easy to stick to my routines. I wish the charging stand didn't sell out — it'd be nice to have it ready to go always charged on my nightstand. Definitely better than the mask I tried last year, and I'm committed to making this part of my nighttime routine now!

Uncomfortable and eyes are swollen after usage

I am sure how effective it is yet, but I do know it’s very uncomfortable to wear. It’s extremely heavy, which I normally like, but not on my face. I’ve adjusted it for a better fit, but I feel it’s still feeling uncomfortable and heavy. I am using the mark with the chill pads and my eyes are always swollen after usage. I have it set to level 1 only. So far I am not impressed. I hope results will change my rating.

Amazing...except for the under-eye area

The mask is amazing, the straps are amazing, and the cryo function makes me look great in the short term, but blocks the red light therapy from getting to my under-eyes for longterm benefits. I wish they would make a version of this without the cryo function and just put red light in the under-eyes. I would totally buy the cryo pads separately too, but I can't have them jeopardizing my red light therapy. Returned.

Battery Stinks

I got this as a bday gift in May. I've been using it faithfully since, and the results are OK. But the battery life absolutely stinks!! I have to charge it after every single use. So if I use the Better Aging and the Under Eye Revive, it's then dead! So annoying!
Wish I could send it back and get a different brand.

Wanted to love it but I'm disappointed...

I wanted to like it so bad but to be honest I've had it for a few weeks and it's not what I expected. This mask is getting a lot of advertisement on social media and I was like, let me try it. I have some wrinkles and imperfections on my skin that I wanted to target. It's been a few weeks of consistent every day use and I see no change. I have mild rosaceas and it actually irritated my skin when I first started using it and had to stop for a few days, to then "get back on track". Also, the eye patches feel nice but I wish that I was also getting treatment with the light on my under-eyes, but it's covered by the eyes patches and when I try to pull it away to get some under-eye light coverage, the mask has some kind of sensor that makes the lights dim. For the price I dont think it's worth it to be honest. I'm dissapointed cause I really like shark products and I wanted to like this, but it was no the case for me.
