[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife convinced me I needed to replace an older keurig machine i had. Nothing against keurig because I still use them at work, but the ease and quickness with which my Nespresso brews is amazing. I also love the effort they put into recycling there pods. Also, the different styles of coffee I have had and the different ways the machine brews them is cool and very tasteful. I like my coffee with nothing added so the flavors and aromas are outstanding.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my classic nespresso machine. It makes coffee shop quality espresso without the coffee shop prices. I love that I don't have to leave my house for a nice white chocolate mocha. This is the best item I purchased in 2020. I cannot recommend it enough.

i want to start off by saying i love nespresso! however, the next is trash. we’ve had it for two years. year one, i read tons of stuff about how it leaks, always has issues and other crazy stuff. i had no problems u til my 11th month. then it started leaking (all over my new coffee bar) we sent it in, they fixed it, cool. since then, every month we’ve had a new issue. we have to clean it 1-2 times a week and descale at least once a month. we’ve recently purchased a new nespresso thankfully!

Consistent and delicious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my Vertuo Next for a few months now, and I have to say I've been very happy with the quality and consistency of the brew, from espresso drinks to larger coffee drinks. It nests nicely on our countertop, and the nifty design makes disposal of used capsules a breeze. Heats up the water quickly, and most importantly there's a beautiful crema on ever pull. The only downside is that I prefer my coffee drinks slightly hotter than what this produces, but that is more a case of personal preference.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.)
Cons: Does not make coffee hot enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Vertuo machine. The first one is a bit larger and this one is smaller and sleeker and fits in the corner of my kitchen counter perfectly. I absolutely love the convenience of Vertuo pods. They taste way better than competing pods. Each one is vacuum sealed for freshness, and the amount of pressure used to brew each cup produces really divine coffee or espresso. The water tank is plenty large for 3-5 drinks (depending on the size of your brew). And there is zero cleanup. All the pods fall into their own little trash receptacle that you empty out when it fills up. I really love this machine. The best part is that your home will smell like a cafe when you make your drink.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
Cons: Does not make enough coffee in a cup
