Too short life span

The coffee is good, but after 3 years of use, the product clogged after being unused for 2 weeks, and no longer brewed coffee. Despite of me following the cleaning instructions and descaling regularly. I would expect the machine to last longer than 3 years- especially as Nespresso makes more money from selling coffee than the coffee machines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love the Virtuo Next . It’s easy to use, heats up quickly and makes great coffee with just a press of a button. I especially love making iced coffee with it, and one of my favorite features is being able to start it straight from my phone. It makes busy mornings so much easier. I also love that I can make both coffee and espresso, and it doesn’t take up much space on my counter. I recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to make coffee and espresso.

It works well and fits nicely on my counter without taking up too much space. I also like that I can use the XL pods with this machine. Definitely recommend!

I purchased it a few weeks, Looks OK, but came marked "Refurbished" with VERY bad taste, oily os cleaning solution. Cleaning did not help. Will try NEW machine

Its extremely easy to brew coffee and very easy to clean, it heats up pretty well and surprisingly quick and to set it up is surprisingly easy and fun. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic machine! It is definitely quite loud, but it was super easy to set up. I could see crema as it was pouring and I knew it was going to be a great cup of coffee. It smelled amazing! I like that you don’t have to mess around with a bunch of buttons, there’s just one to press. It pours relatively quick. I will definitely be buying more coffee pods and using this machine for a long time!
