[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I has never tasted a more better expresso than the ones I now make myself in the comfort of my home with my new Nespresso Vertuo Next machine. It’s very simple to use and assembly was super easy too. It came with many different flavors to use and try to see which ones you like the best. I myself loved every flavor that I’ve tried so far! It’s quick and convenient and boy do they taste great. Just like if I was my own custom bistro coffee house person. I especially like the little drop container this is built into the machine and it empties out easy. I really liked the glass coffee mug and the specialty expresso cups. If you are looking to purchase a new machine such as this I would definitely recommend you to get this one. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of these before now. I let my friend try one to and she loved how nice and crisp the taste was as much as I did. We couldn’t get over how quick and simple it was to use. It’s a great and well worth the investment.

Great coffee every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new design from Nespresso - Vertuo Next - is really great. I love that it brews a wide range of coffees, espresso, double espresso, coffee and Carafe! This came with so many extras as well. In the box came a beautful glass mug with Nespresso etched on the side. It also came with a plethora of coffee varieties. So far I haven't run into any issues. I did see some reviews that it was noisy but I don't find it to be any noisier than my previous machine. It's also a slimmer design which is nice if you don't have that much counter space. I think you'll be very happy with this one.

Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother

Just what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I like the size of this, it does not take up a lot of space. The instructions were very easy to read and understand. You can make different cup sizes also. First time owning one of these. It tastes really good now I can make my own without having to stop somewhere for a good nespresso. Works great.

Hard To Turn To Open and Close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so looking forward to using this machine. I unboxed it and everything seemed ok. It even comes with a glass coffee mug and a nice selection of coffee varieties. Got it all set and ready to brew. I chose a coffee pod and was ready to set it in place. I tried to turn it in an open position and had a hard time doing it. I had to have my husband hold it in place while I used both hands to help turn it to the open position and the same experience when needing to close it so it can brew. It brews with no issues and the coffee was hot and delicious but again I needed my husband to hold it in place while I try and turn it to the open position to dispose of the used pod. It shouldn't be this hard to open and close this machine. If anything, it should be very fluid to do. This machine is not light. It weighs about 9-10 lbs. I love the sleek design and color. It takes less counter space than my usual coffee machine. This only has the option to make only one cup at a time which becomes inconvenient when you have company and have to brew one cup at a time instead of a whole carafe which this does not have. I prefer a machine that offers both, a single brew and a carafe brew for when I have company. Small water reservoir and very loud. This machine does suite me personally and not sure if there is a defect in opening and closing it but I do know it should NOT take two people to operate it to brew one cup of coffee whether a specialty one or not. Purchase at your own risk!

Cons: Crema is too thick, Too Noisy, Does not have a built-in milk frother, Water tank is too small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Nespresso Verturo Next machine is unbelievably quick and easy to use. It's a very smart and intuitive design that just makes sense. It has only one push button that does everything. It recognizes the type of pod used too. I love that it automatically flings the used pods into a built in container. So, I can dispose of them all at once. The back has a large built in reservoir that I only have to fill once a week. It is like having my own private barista at home. I can make espresso, double espresso, and individual cups of coffee, all with crema. The espresso comes out warm enough to drink immediately, the cups of coffee come out hotter. My favorite is the Toccanto espresso. The quality beats even the best coffee shop. I just add some sugar and half and half and I am ready to start the day, or have pick me up after meals. I prefer the lighter flavors in the 4-5 range. My husband prefers the stronger 9-11 flavors. It really has something for everyone. The app makes it easy to order pods and register the coffee maker. I highly recommend the Verturo Next to avid coffee drinkers. The quality will blow your mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely LOVE our Vertuo Next. This makes a fantastic cup of coffee, espresso shot, or whatever you're preferred flavor, style, and size is! Love the simplicity of the design - it's so sleek and good looking. Easy to use, easy to clean! It's a louder machine, but I think it's for creating the perfect amount of foam at the top of each cup that makes it perfection - so we don't mind it at all!

Very confusing and frustrating to get started

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loveeee espresso! But I'm a very busy mom of three wife, and full-time night shift. Shift ED nurse, so I'm always running around like crazy and making espresso using a traditional expressing machine. Although it's not complicated those extra few minutes, packing the coffee to make the espresso are definitely time-consuming. Then espresso machine makes that much quicker. I'm only giving this machine three stars because it was extremely frustrating and confusing to get started this but the videos using an espresso app and the instruction booklet that came with it. This machine is able to make a variety of sizes of coffee/expresso but it was such a pain to finally get programmed to make a single shot of espresso. I have not even attempted to program it for the other coffee sizes out of fear of having to reprogram it each time I change pods. Now that it is finally set up, and programmed is fantastic and I love it. It makes it very consistent. Espresso every time. However, due to the difficulty of getting it set up and getting started, I'm only giving it three stars, I imagine other models of the Nespresso machine are easier to get started with.
Pros: Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop
