Drinks aren’t hot enough

I love how compact and convenient this machine is, but I find that it doesn’t heat the coffee to the right temperature. It’s too cool! I wish I knew how to make the coffee hotter and then it would be perfect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reviewing your Vertuo Next machine. Our machines won't brew as hot as drip coffee makers but should still be warm enough to be enjoyable. We recommend allowing the machine to preheat for at least 5 minutes and prewarming your cup. If you are concerned that your machine may not be operating correctly we're happy to help. We didn't think we would love it this much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Keurig and my mom kept encouraging us to replace it. We finally have and are we never ever looking back! So much fun--we are drinking more coffee because we are enjoying it so much. My tip is to be sure you can leave the foamer out--you will use it more. I also got a sliding tray that I'm storing the pods in and the machine sits right on top. This is beautiful AND it makes awesome coffee!

Great Gift!

Great Coffee but inconsistent machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the coffee and espresso this machine makes but we’ve had issues with the machines. Our first one stopped working, worked again, then was inconsistent with the ounces brewed, then leaked, and ultimately stopped working altogether. Nespresso’s customer service is great and they helped us every time we contacted them. They ultimately sent us a new machine. I think ounces brewed are still off sometimes but we’ve had no other issues so far. We’re only had the new machine for 2 weeks so I hope it continues to work without any other issues

Nespresso Vertuo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the Nespresso Vertuo and very happy with machine. It's beautiful and I love the coffee. The only thing I am not crazy about is the way it opens and closes to put in the pod. The piece you have to turn to open and close is a bit stiff and feels like it might break.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. Best coffee and machine hands down. I've been using this for 3 years and cant say enough good things about it. Everyone that tries it ends up getting a vertuo machine for themselves!
