Don't Buy This Model!

We've only had this machine for 2 years, and one of the years we barely used it. Now, it takes us 30 minutes to try and "clean" the whole machine out just to have 1 cup of coffee. The next time we go to use it, it will say it needs to be cleaned again (even though it just was!). Annoying to maintain, clean and definitely not worth the hassle or the price!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My friend has one of these and I always use it while I am over. It’s easy to use and simple which I love. I also love making fun lattes though with art and different flavors with milk…. Unfortunately with these… you can’t do all of the customizations.
I really like the functionality of it though.

My coffee machine stopped working completely within one year. No wonder the warranty is one year only.

*Horrible Machine

*Horrible Machine will rob your morning joy. Best tasting "home coffee", but the Vertuo Next machine is so problematic. This taste better than Kuerig and helped me to stop Starbucks in the busy mornings. But troubleshooting is beyond aggravating because it's not consistent with the directions. I won't purchase nother Vertuo Next.

Perfect for beginners

I think this product as a whole is so easy to use. The process of naming the espresso can be a little intimidating but with some time and practice it gets so much easier. I really how the strength this brews it to and how quickly it works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Ventuo Next and I'm in love! Dont think I can switch over to another coffee machine. I usually brew espresso's and it is strong and consistent. Saves me a ton of time and money from going out to grab coffee!
