Best coffee machine; excellent customer service!

I've been drinking Nespresso coffee for a while now and I love this machine. There is so much engineering designed into this compact machine. It's great for my apartment as I have limited counter space. Everything in the world has flaws, but the Nespresso customer support system is amazing. I wish there were more flavors to choose from and supplied in more supermarkets around the nation. Overall, I would recommend this machine to any coffee lover!

Frother broke after a few uses, the machine itself broke under a year of having it.

For best maintenance for your Vertuo Next machine, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.

Horrible right out of the box

My first review was not posted. I’m assuming because of my adamant dissatisfaction with my Nespresso machine. This thing didn’t even last through a whole box of 10 coffee pods. It started leaking from the back housing almost immediately after the first use. Since I’m not really able to express my true feelings on this forum let’s just say I’m really unhappy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Tasting Coffee... Really love the flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its nice to be able to choose different flavored pods and boy do these have unique flavors. I really enjoyed the double espresso dark coffee ones. I had some original issues with the water reservoir but I contacted support and they did a video chat to help me locate the issue. Which was user error :( ... all in all this is a great single cup coffee maker that makes delicious coffiee
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Appealing Design
Cons: Too Noisy, Does not have a built-in milk frother

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Vertuo machine. The first one is a bit larger and this one is smaller and sleeker and fits in the corner of my kitchen counter perfectly. I absolutely love the convenience of Vertuo pods. They taste way better than competing pods. Each one is vacuum sealed for freshness, and the amount of pressure used to brew each cup produces really divine coffee or espresso. The water tank is plenty large for 3-5 drinks (depending on the size of your brew). And there is zero cleanup. All the pods fall into their own little trash receptacle that you empty out when it fills up. I really love this machine. The best part is that your home will smell like a cafe when you make your drink.

Consistent and delicious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my Vertuo Next for a few months now, and I have to say I've been very happy with the quality and consistency of the brew, from espresso drinks to larger coffee drinks. It nests nicely on our countertop, and the nifty design makes disposal of used capsules a breeze. Heats up the water quickly, and most importantly there's a beautiful crema on ever pull. The only downside is that I prefer my coffee drinks slightly hotter than what this produces, but that is more a case of personal preference.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.)
Cons: Does not make coffee hot enough

Well made, but hard to close

Got this machine for Christmas gift. Stopped working several times due to build up around sensor. Also, This is not a good choice if you have weak hands because the locking mechanism is hard to close.
