[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After living in Italy, I have a much-expanded taste for high quality coffee and this Nespresso Vertuo Next really hits the spot. I appreciate that it comes prepared with capsules and it's super easy to use and get a high-quality coffee or espresso of your choice every morning, or in the afternoon when you need a pick-me-up.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Appealing Design
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine about a month ago and it has been such a treat to have. Actually since I got I don't think I have had coffee from anywhere else (Starbucks, Dunkin, etc). I love how easy it is and how beautiful it looks on my counter.

Quick delicious cup of espresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best cup of espresso I ever had from an at home machine. The box is well detailed about what your getting, easy to get out & put back. Instructions are very easy to understand, so you can get quickly to making your first cup. Pulling it out the box you see a nice matte black mixed with stainless steel & clear water tank. I was overwhelmed with all the wonderful flavors that were offered to my taste buds to indulge. A three part assemble, fill up with water. Had me ready to place the crystal clear coffee cup & insert pod in. Had me enjoying a delicious cup of espresso faster than I can get my cream frothing. If you love the espresso life, you will definitely love the value that comes from the nespresso.

Quality Issue

My coffee machine stopped working completely within one year. No wonder the warranty is one year only.

Great coffee but...

I bought this machine 8 months ago and have had problems with it prior to today. But today it completely stopped brewing and kept throwing errors even after descaling, and doing a factory reset. My machine is completely clean but broke for unknown reasons. I would avoid the vertuo next at all costs.

I bought this model for Christmas ‘22 and it has failed twice in 1 year. Kudos to Nespresso for replacing the machine two times. I am on to the VertuoPlus so hopefully we can see some reliability with this version. The coffee is great just need a machine that doesn’t require customer service. Would not recommend the VertuoNext.

Leaks

This machine leaks all your coffee and wastes pods. I’ve read lots of other review with the same issues. I do not recommend it. The coffee tastes great the 5% of the Time you can get it to work

LOUD AND MAKES TOOOOO MUCH FOAM

The first machine I ever received was Great!! , wasn’t very loud, made great coffee ( not an over abundance of “foam”, and was just awesome. Move on to 3 replacements ( thank you , but NO thank you ) which were refurbished replacements… horrible!!! Loud and leaky ! So I decided to buy another, because I do love the coffee. Now I am stuck with a Very loud machine that makes sooo much foam that I have to change cups!!! I don’t get it!!! Not very happy!!!
