Nice coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this coffee maker better than the keurig I used to have. The frother works well and the coffee pods have a better flavor than what I’ve had from keurig brands. It is good for espressos

Beautiful and delicious coffee too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is sleek and beautiful on my coffee bar. I love the automatic pod removal and storage. The coffee it brews is delicious for ice coffee and for a cup of regular coffee. My only issue with this machine is the cost of the pods are more than the other brand of pods, which means I won’t be using this for my daily cup of Joe. However, this will definitely be my go to for iced coffee though. There is nothing like a brewed espresso with a beautiful crema on top! It’s easy to clean and even easier to maintain. Lightweight machine. Decent water capacity too. I also love the app connectivity option.

Great machine !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty happy with my new Nespresso Virtuo Next. Its is nicely packaged in recyclable material and is extremely easy to set up. The machine can be set up using an app and via Bluetooth connection. It allows you to determine the coffee strength and you can use a variety of cup sizes. So far I've not experienced any issues with the machine. The used pod doesn't need to be thrown away right away, it has a pod holder. My only item to note, the pod unlock system is hard to open with one hand and ibwish they'd have a frothing system built in. But overall this is a great system.

Making a cup of coffee/expresso has never been so

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free from Influenster and Nespresso in return for my honest opinion. The design of this perfect, it fits simply anywhere, its not big and bulky either. It does make noise when working, but it's just doing its job. The first sight of beautifully made coffee layers and that frothy foam will have you not even noticing it's sound, since it's being made slowly and perfectly each time. One option you will love as well, it can be set up to make automatically from your phone as well. You will love watching each cup being made, and the flavors of coffees, or expressos are endless. After each devine cup, when replacing a new capsule in, the old one gets picked up and slid down into its very own container to keep secure until emptied later. Your friends and family will be impressed, your house will be filled with over flowing coffee fragrances. The machine is already attractive to the eye,but will definitely leave company impressed.

Very user friendly but not hot enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little underwhelmed by this coffee maker. It’s a lot louder than I expected and the coffee was not very hot - I had to microwave it after putting my cream in. But as far as being user friendly, the Vertuo Next is really easy to use. The instructions are super simple and it’s easy to maintain. The size of the machine is just right for an average persons countertop. For the price and the ease of having a cup of coffee at the press of a button I would still recommend.
Response from Nespresso USABy Kendall, Customer Service, February 13, 2026
Thank you for your honest review. Nespresso machines are designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best suited to that blend. Quality is especially important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. We recommend preheating your cup to keep the coffee hotter longer. Please call us via our toll-free number at 800-562-1465, and we'll be happy to collect any further feedback you have and see what can be done to make your Nespresso experience better.
