Most unreliable machine I’ve ever had

Have returned this machine twice now, both models worked for a few months then just stopped brewing. Tried descaling and cleaning and nothing worked. Frustrating!

We’re happy to see you were able to speak with a Machine Expert and arranged to receive a replacement machine. Please allow us to provide some user tips that may help. When turning on your machine, allow the machine to warm up. The light will begin to pulse slowly for about 30 seconds, indicating the “warm-up” phase. Once the light is steady the machine is ready for use. Insert your Nespresso capsule, and ensure the lever is fully locked with a slight click sound. For best maintenance for your Vertuo Next, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.

*Horrible Machine

*Horrible Machine will rob your morning joy. Best tasting "home coffee", but the Vertuo Next machine is so problematic. This taste better than Kuerig and helped me to stop Starbucks in the busy mornings. But troubleshooting is beyond aggravating because it's not consistent with the directions. I won't purchase nother Vertuo Next.

I am on my 3rd machine as there is always grounds in the coffee which is confirmed everytime I video call the technician. I have asked for a credit to spend the amount on a more expensive machine with Nespresso which has been declined on more than one occasion.

Major Disappointment

Bought this a a replacement for my Nespresso Delonghi & it had been a total disappointment. The handle constantly sticks & this machine does not allow for you to run straight water through the lines if the machine has been sitting, you have to use a pod which is wasteful.

Never experienced a worse machine!

Have had to replace this machine twice now! Constantly malfunctions and is incredibly difficult to troubleshoot. Very frustrating when you're about to leave for work and try to make a cup of coffee and it simply won't. Buy a different machine!

Would not pair with app. Stopped working after one

Out of the box it wouldn't pair (app could never find the machine). I should have returned it then. Shortly after the warranty expired it stopped functioning (lights indicate an internal error). I am extremely disappointed.

Constant problems and replacements

I love the ease of the Nespresso and the various coffee choices. What I don't love, is the machine seems to work fine for a few months and then it stops working and I've had to get a replacement. I received my first machine in February, a few months later it was leaking water and after calling I was sent a replacement. Again, several months after receiving the first replacement we had a new problem, this time the machine no longer brews coffee and wasted several pods trying to fix the situation. We regularly use the machine and follow all of the recommended care instructions. It is frustrating to go to make a cup of coffee to only have the machine malfunction yet again. If the machine worked properly for more than a few months at a time I would give the machine a 5 star review. Having to go through yet another replacement in less than a year is certainly not ideal.

Very frustrating machine

The Nespresso Vurtuo Next has been one of the most frustrating purchases I have made. It constantly has a problem and can never do the simple task of making coffee like other coffee machine I have had. It is always asking us to clean it, then we clean it per the instructions, and it still wont make coffee, causing us to burn through pods to test out if it is working.
