NESPRESSO for the WIN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The NESPRESSO machine has absolutely changed my life! Taking my daily coffee experience from basic to bougie! The design is super sleep finds its place in the kitchen very easily! The pods drop safely into the machine making it maintenance free and keep the area clean! Espresso comes out Hot and fresh smelling delectable! Also making minimal sound in the process of brewing! Love that I have a new reliable and exciting coffee experience everyday!

AMAZING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish i had this years ago!! Tastes so much better than any other home made coffee i’ve had. Instructions, set up and use are so easy. Only complaint is how loud it is but it’s very tolerable. Size is compact. Beautiful design. not too hot temperature and smooth mouthfeel every single time

Not worth hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nespresso was easy to set up, but it's hard to close. I haven't figured out how to tell what size cup it needs. It's pretty cool how it ejects the pod. I will have to remember to empty the empties. I will try a different flavor to see if it changes my opinion. The pods are super expensive compared to other coffee types.

Sleek & easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the narrow profile and overall footprint of the Nespresso Vertuo Next. Once I setup the machine and selected a pod, it was a quick brew. It made a layer of "crema" about 1/2 inch thick. Over the next few days I tried all the pod that came with the machine and didn't have any issues with the machine. The way it ejects the used pod into the self contained compartment is cool. I looked at the pods and they're more than I expected them to cost. I also realize I am not a real espresso drinker, so I'm not sure if I will use this daily. I think it will be nice to have it to offer to guests.

The best way to start your day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nespresso is exactly what this coffee lover needed!! I need a good jump to my morning and having this to give me that good expresso was it! The machine is super easy to use and fits the pods right in. I love that you can lift the lid and it will take the old pod away in a little compartment to the side. It gives jist yhe right amount of expresso to to make you ready for the day! I am very happy with this for my morning routine!

Great coffee/espresso maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nespresso Vertuo Next is so easy to use. The coffee is made in a short amount of time at the perfect temperature. I like the sleek design as it does not take up too much space on my countertop. I haven’t found a flavor that I love yet, but it looks like they offer many additional flavors online. I love that the unit itself is made from recycled materials. I also love how the machine empties the pod for you after brewing when you open it up next time and that you just have to empty the bin once it is full. Overall I think this is a great design. One of the thing I like the most is the creama it makes on the top.

Not User Friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening this machine, it felt very high quality and very luxurious. It had a heavy feel to it. That’s about where my good experience with this product ends. There isn’t any instruction manuals included. They give you a barcode to scan to then take you to a website to search for the PDF for your machine. I am not a fan of this method because the instructions were hard to read and were confusing. They were all over the place and there wasn’t any start or end to how to set it up. I then downloaded their app that you connect to the machine with. It gave me one video about two minutes long to set up the machine. That was after the difficulty of signing up with their app (which also isn’t very user friendly).
I followed the instructions in the video provided and started the machine. It only gave me a couple teaspoons of coffee right away. So then I clicked the brew button again. Same thing. I could NOT figure out what was going wrong. Then the light turned red on top and wouldn’t let me do ANYTHING further with the machine.
My entire family tried figuring it out and nobody could. I have lots of experience with coffee machines, and this one is confusing and hard to figure out for how simple it should be. I have never struggled in my entire life to set up a coffee machine like this.
The pods are also oddly shaped. They are not like Kcups, they are small and round. That limits the availability of these to when you want to refill them.
