Love my nespresso! Wish I would’ve purchased it with the frother. Cons: if you haven’t used it in a while you have to mess with it to work again

Never experienced a worse machine!

Have had to replace this machine twice now! Constantly malfunctions and is incredibly difficult to troubleshoot. Very frustrating when you're about to leave for work and try to make a cup of coffee and it simply won't. Buy a different machine!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Coffee, Error Code Problem

First and foremost, the coffee is absolutely wonderful.
I purchased the Vertuo Next back in June, 2021 and fell in love immediately. That being said, fast-forward to September, 2021 and the orange blinking light comes on when I attempt to brew my usual morning coffee. I tried the descaling mode, the cleaning mode, and spoke with a rep from Nespresso, who guided me through the troubleshooting process. It was determined that the machine would need to be replaced. I am currently awaiting my replacement machine in the mail. I will keep an optimistic outlook on the next machine, but I am a little concerned as to how long the next machine will last based upon these other reviews. I hope that if this happens again, I will be able to trade it out for a different series. Don't hesitate to buy a Nespresso machine! Just be careful with the Vertuo Next series and perhaps opt in for a different Nespresso series machine instead. Absolutely love Nespresso regardless! Great customer support too.

Some days it makes coffee but most days it doesn’t, even after a reset. My machine is less than 2 months old and I am highly disappointed in this product.

Goodbye Starbucks, goodbye Keurig I am officially only drinking my Nespresso coffee! Every cup is always perfect and I love the different por varieties. If you’re into lattes the Aeroccino it comes with is perfect and it even makes cold foam!

I love this little machine. I switched from an older Nespresso to this a few weeks ago, and have noticed how much more flavorful the espresso is. I recommend this to any fellow coffee fan.
