I got this for Christmas and I can’t stop using it!!! I honestly get excited to go to sleep because I know it means I’m closer to my morning coffee time. I don’t know how I lived without it!! So much simpler than my old espresso machine. Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee And Espresso Machine

I love the flavor

I love the flavor of the coffee and how easy it was to use. It is simple to use and very quick. It is a bit pricey for the pods so I wasn’t a fan overtime it got to be too much.

Leaking all over / short lifespan

I bought this for my fiancé over Christmas. It was great for 2-4 cups of coffee, now it is leaking everywhere and only pours a 5th of a cup of coffee. Unfortunately she threw out the box for the machine. Any ideas on how to return / get a refund without the box?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re happy to see you were able to speak with a Machine Expert and arranged to receive a replacement machine. For best maintenance for your Vertuo Next, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.

The best coffee maker

The best coffee maker I have ever had! And the Nespresso coffee is amazing! You also have the option to make you own pods if you have a favorite coffee! Not to mention the creamer whip/ heater!! Overall amazing and makes a fabulous cup of coffee! The Vertuo also sells Starbucks capsules! Super easy to use and worth the money! I will have this coffee machine as long as it lasts! I have had no issues at all and always looking forward to my morning coffee!

My kids bought me

My kids bought me this for Christmas and I couldn't be happier. I love my coffee and this has taken it to the next level. I have made the coffees ans the espresso and batista creations. Everything has been amazing. I do not think I can go back to drinking my k cups anymore.
