Simply put, this is my favorite brand and machine. I've used so many other brands but they don't compare to the quality of Nespresso. The coffee and espresso capsules are beautiful and top quality. The aroma when brewing is delightful. The image of the crema and taste are extraordinary. This machine is easy to use and its technology reads the capsule and knows how much to brew.

My dad gave this to me and now it doesn’t work.. I was so looking forward to a nice cup of coffee
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Nespresso Vertuo Next

The Nespresso Vertuo Next is a good little machine for making quick espresso drinks. I use mine to make hot and cold lattes using the double espresso pods. I have been using it for 10 months now with only minor issues. Sometimes, there are coffee grounds in the coffee. Overall, it is a great way to make coffee drinks.

Unfortunately, we too have fallen victim to the noted machine failures. First was leaking of water from under the machine followed ultimately by the machine not reading/recognizing/brewing pods.
The cleaning and descaling cycles were still working, but ended up accelerating the leak issue.
Nespresso was helpful/supportive in troubleshooting and offered up a replacement machine without question.
Hoping the replacement lasts longer as they really do produce a tasty cup of coffee... when they're working properly.

Love this coffee/espresso machine. I was spending way to much on coffee at Starbucks, so decided to try Nespresso. It was a game changer for making hot and iced drinks before work. I have enjoyed being a home barista and trying new drink recipes
