OMG! this is the best product ever! I updated my coffee station last Christmas and got myself this beautiful coffee maker. All the drinks come out of this machine are magic. The frother is perfect for making amazing lattes (hot/cold). The pods come in variety of sized and flavors. My favorites are expresso pods because they just have a bang in flavor.

I will say, this machine produces a delicious cup of coffee. However, with the cost of the capsules, I barely use it. I would gladly use it more if the capsule were more affordable.

I love my nepresso. The only problem I have is that it is finicky- you have to clean it consistently. After a few cups you have to run the solution through it. For the price you pay, you should be able to make a lot more cups before running into these issues. (And yes I always follow instructions and clean correctly). It has a few bugs that are not easy to figure out even after consulting the manual.

Stopped working after only a month!

This machine will not work after just a month of light use. No power - nothing - dead in the water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t waste your money.

It doesn’t work at all. You have to spend 20 minute trouble shooting and then it wastes all of your pods and also it leaks all of my counter. Every time i want to use it i get frustrated and regret even trying. If it wasn’t a gift i would have thrown it out a week after using it. It is easier for me to walk to a near by coffee shop and get an espresso.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week your machine to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. Seriously never using any other coffee machine again especially for my espresso. It has the most full bodied flavor and it’s so creamy. Literally the best and it tastes better than a majority of coffee shops.. especially Dunkin!
